How To Order Your BlockBuddies
- Upload Your Photo: Click on "Choose Image" and pick whatever photo you'd like to use. Ensure the image is high quality for better results.
- Select Your Set: Choose how many figures you want--wether its a single one or one for the whole family.
- Repeat If Needed: If you want more Blockbuddies with different photos - simply repeat the process with a new image each time.
Once you've uploaded your photo and selected your set, you're all good to go! Just add to cart, and we'll take care of the rest.
⚠️ Note: Sometimes, the photo upload tool may display a slightly blurry image. There is no need to worry! We always receive the full-resolution version of your photo.

Yes, you can add pets to your BlockBuddies! Simply upload your image as usual and count each pet as one person. For example, if your photo includes 1 pet and 1 person, select a total of 2 people.

- Once the order is placed, you will have 24 Hours to request a refund before we produce your order.
- As it's a custom made product, no refunds will be issued once the order is produced.
- There is a lead time of around 5 days for the brick set to be produced.
- We do offer world wide shipping which is expected to take around 8 - 10 Days. Times may vary based on your location.

Simply upload a high-quality photo where the subject(s) are clearly visible. For the best results, please ensure the entire body is in the shot. You can upload a photo of one person, two, or up to five people and/or pets.
